Richard Simon graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002, where he played baseball for the Red Raiders, with a degree in business finance. He moved to Phoenix in January of 2003 and has been working in the Phoenix mortgage industry ever since.
Richard has deep roots to the Phoenix market as he is the grandson of Bob Mutschler, a real estate developer who moved to Phoenix in 1913. Richard married his wife, Kimberly, in 2008 and is a proud papa to their three children Sydney, Tenley and Kai.
Richard has grown his mortgage business through strong relationships developed with business partners and clients and is 100% by referral. His focus is on understanding the needs and financial objectives of his clients; staying in tune with the mortgage financial markets; and delivering above the client's expectation.
